The Brief
With over a decade of experience in local call center operations, AloTech has launched its call center management solution to the global market under the brand Call Center Studio. The company aims to differentiate itself through a modern, user-friendly interface and by introducing features highly demanded by users but unavailable in its competitors.

The Challenge
Surveys and interviews revealed that users managing operations had varying and sometimes conflicting needs, making flexibility essential. Many users also wanted to use the product on mobile devices, but the current web app didn’t meet their expectations. To address this, we focused on two key priorities: customizability and mobility.


The Solution
Introduced a fully customizable dashboard, allowing users to rearrange and edit modules, as well as modify data within them. Users can also edit status rules, customize colors, and set alarms based on their criteria. Additionally, we designed a simplified mobile app featuring the product’s most used functions for efficient on-the-go access.




Conclusion
The redesign of the Supervisor dashboard screens has significantly improved their usability and customizability, resulting in an 80% reduction in technical support tickets related to interface issues. Positive customer feedback from our first post-launch survey further validated the success of these enhancements. To minimize friction during the rollout, we also allowed users switch between the old and new designs.
